Rise Testnet is a Layer 2 blockchain built by Rise Labs, featuring the Rise pEVM (Parallel Ethereum Virtual Machine). It lets Ethereum-compatible smart contracts run in parallel, meaning multiple contracts can execute at the same time. This boosts scalability, speeds up transactions, and improves overall performance.
