Cathie Wood, CEO of Ark Invest, recently took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to highlight the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence (AI). In a post praising a new white paper authored by Ark’s Chief Futurist, Brett Winton, Wood emphasized the transformative power of AI. She described it as “the most transformative technology in history” and a key driver behind emerging innovation platforms. According to Wood, AI will have a profound impact on sectors such as autonomous mobility and multiomics sequencing, with the potential to revolutionize disease treatment.

Ark Invest’s white paper underscores AI’s capacity to accelerate innovation in critical fields, aligning with Wood’s bullish outlook on technological advancements. In her social media post, Wood commended Winton’s insights and underscored the unprecedented pace of AI development.

AI tools, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Elon Musk’s Grok via xAI, and Microsoft’s Copilot, have rapidly advanced, with major tech players like Apple also joining the race. These developments highlight the increasing prominence of AI across industries.

Cathie Wood’s Bitcoin Prediction: $1.5 Million by 2030

Beyond AI, Wood is a well-known advocate for Bitcoin. At the end of 2023 and into early 2024, she made bold forecasts regarding the cryptocurrency’s future value. Wood initially predicted a base price of $600,000 per Bitcoin by 2030. However, in a bullish scenario, she believes the cryptocurrency could reach as high as $1.5 million by that time.

This view aligns with predictions from Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. Kiyosaki has frequently commented on the disruptive potential of AI in finance and foresees significant economic upheaval as AI-driven bots integrate into financial systems. Citing the upcoming book GPT Money by Jim Rickards, Kiyosaki projected Bitcoin could hit $500,000 by 2025 and potentially reach $1 million by 2030.
