Aragon’s open-source DAO launch platform is now available on the Polygon network through a partnership with Polygon Labs. This partnership offers users a low-cost and affordable solution for creating and managing DAOs, allowing them to quickly and securely create DAOs for as little as 50 cents, with no programming experience required. Using Aragon’s compact codebase and Polygon Layer-2 blockchain, users can quickly launch DAOs, reducing the knowledge required and the costs associated with DAO management. According to Sandeep Nejwal, co-founder of Polygon Labs, the goal of the partnership is to make network management accessible to everyone around the world and promote mass adoption of blockchain technology. Polygon’s March 27 release of its zkEVM Ethereum scaling technology for the core network will further reduce transaction costs and increase the throughput of smart contract deployments.
